Apartment fun!

So I said Zach and I were going to update our apartment this summer well so far we have gotten alot done. I dont know how in all my Paris trip craziness but we have surprisingly. So far we got

-new living room curtains
-new bedroom curtains
-new bed linens.

Most of the changes have been in our bedroom. Now it seems like a completely different room. I absolutely love it now, I love the colors and the style, its now so much more cohesive now. Here's a picture-its amazing!! I love how curtains and a new duvet cover can change a room so dramatically.

Thats about all for now-back to stalking ebay. I got my eyes on some pretty jewelry.

I'm finally done.

I finally finished the semester yesterday. I turned in my re-done paper and its over. Thank goodness, I'm so focused on Paris that it was really hard to stay focused on school. Most of my grades aren't in yet which is the most stressing thing right now. I hate waiting it out.

Now that school is over I can start focusing on Paris! I went and got my luggage, its a really nice Samsonite suitcase, got it at TJ Maxx for cheap! I also grabbed some other travel items, luggage tags, hidden money pocket, and I got this ADORABLE folding fleece blanket and pillow. I love it!

When we went to Hershey I found some good ballet flats for my trip. I just need a pair of cool tennis shoes now. I have enough cute shoes for my trip now. I need alot more stuff but its a start at least.

In non-Paris news Zach and I have decided that our summer project is gonna be updating our apartment. We were both kinda sick of stuff around here so we want to update some things, like our duvet cover, curtains and space/storage issues. Yesterday we went and got new curtains for the living room and the kitchen and I love them. The living room ones make everything look more cohesive, and put together! I haven't put the bedrooms up yet cause for some reason the people at Target decided to sell single panels instead of pairs-ugh so now I have to go back and get another. We found this really pretty duvet cover too that will match our pictures in the bedroom so I'm excited for that too!

I'm gonna head out soon to Aerie to get the A-list gift this month. Its a workout towel and hair tie, pretty good gift this month! Then home to make dinner. Plus I gotta pack tonight since we are heading home this weekend.

Chocolatey goodness

So yesterday Zach and I went to Hershey for the day. It's a two hour drive but we had a really fun day. We were supposed to go to Hersheypark but the weather said it was gonna rain so be decided to postpone until after school is over. Instead we went to Chocolate World and the outlets.

Chocolate World is amazing. Everything is chocolate and the whole place smells delicious. They have the best chocolate milkshakes EVER! They are soooo chocolatety, its great. I got this huge tin of chocolate covered pretzels...YUM! They are so good.

The outlets were fun. Of course I stopped at the Coach store. I didn't find the tote I'm searching for but I did find two adorable wristlets. The metallic one has the neatest print inside, its really cool. I also got Zach a new wallet, its really cool. We also walked around and I found some stuff for my trip, I got this hidden pocket thingy, and then some new shoes. I found a pair of white ballet flats and then this awesome pair of adidas flip flops that have this memory foam bottom. They are so comfy and hot pink, I couldn't resist them and they were on sale.

Overall we both had a pretty good day, we had dinner at Cracker Barrel, then went and saw Wolverine. Zach LOVED it, I thought it was pretty good also. Very flashy, which is typical of summer movies but it wasn't bad. I liked it. Good plot twists.

I like Saturdays like this.

I love scarves!

So lately I've been on a scarf binge. I love them cause they are so simple to wear and they add a great pop to a simple outfit. Whenever I wear a simple v neck tee I can add a scarf to my outfit feel more dressy or to add a pop of color. They are also great when I go into a cold classroom or building, even though they aren't very thick they add some warmth and I can move them around to keep me warmer. Stores have tons of them now, TJ Maxx and Ross have had some nice scarves for pretty decent prices.

I've been searching for these 3 specific scarves from Old Navy for awhile but no store around me has them not at home or even at school so I finally just ordered them. I love them they are soo pretty and I can't wait to take them with me to Paris.

This post was pretty random but I really love scarves right now.

I also love China Glaze in Naked, I just painted my nails and they are adorable. Its the perfect coral color for spring with a little bit of sparkle!
