Having fun with my new curling wand.

I am seriously in love with my new curling wand. I tried it out one evening and it was fantastic. Usually curling my hair is a huge task but because my wand has a high heat setting it made it so much easier and quicker. These curls were fantastic too, they held up well for like three days. I only used minimal hair spray too, the curls were that fantastic. On the third day I was able to go into public and my hair looked cute still. That never happens with regular curling irons.

This was my first time using a curling wand so it did take some time to get used to. I tried using the glove that came with it at first, but in the end I found that it was easier not to use it. I did have to be super careful though.

I kinda tried to do it like how Lea Michele wore it at the Jason Wu show.

For my first attempt I think it's pretty close. It was pretty easy too.

I just divided my hair into sections and used a large clip to keep them separated.

Then I took medium sized pieces and wrapped them around the wand focusing on wrapping the ends more than the top.

Once I did that I took my bangs, gave them a slight twist, and pinned them back.

My version is a little more curly but it's such a cute look. I seriously might be addicted to my new curling wand, it's just fabulous.
